Today's Lesson

Not Easily Broken
We were never made to be alone. No matter what you do in life, if you remove the people component, you will remove the substance that gives it purpose. It’s why the world is longing for community, and it’s why God has given us the Church.

Talkback Questions
Use the following questions during small group time or with your family to dive deeper into tonight's topic.
- Recognizing Isolation
Think about a time when you tried to handle a significant challenge completely on your own. What made you hesitate to reach out for help, and how might things have been different if you had allowed others to come alongside you? - Being the Lifter
The sermon mentions that "two are better than one" partly because we help lift each other up when we fall. Can you share about a time when someone came alongside you during a difficult season, or when you had the opportunity to be that person for someone else? What made that support meaningful? - Building Your Threefold Cord
The passage talks about how "a threefold cord is not easily broken." Looking at your current relationships, who are the people that help make up your "threefold cord"? If you feel like you're missing that kind of community, what's one practical step you could take this week to either strengthen existing relationships or begin building new ones?
