The resurrection marks a pivotal point in the history of mankind. It is in fact the start of a new mankind in which Jesus is the firstborn and serves as a model for what we, as believers, will also become one day. If you are in Christ you are a new creation and that is an identity we need to start owning now because it will affect how we live our lives today as we hope for the future we have in Christ.
